Can you not be deterred by distance, neither time nor space? Can you know that the ties that connect souls exist in their own dimension? Can you feel those ties more strongly in moments of absence and flow them back to where your heart belongs?
Today’s post connects strongly to Monday’s even though I didn’t write them sequentially but roughly 2 weeks apart. Those rare connections that exist are not bound by time nor by space. They exist outside of the normal constraints we think about when we think about relationships.
People talk about this from time to time. Even though it’s been years, it feels like it was just yesterday. Or it’s almost the same talking to you on the phone as in person. Those are manifestations of what I’m talking about here but it’s also something different. The right connection is a constant flow of energy. Yes, it requires some tending but far less than you’d imagine.
As you read this I wonder:
Who are the people with whom you exist outside of space and time?
Have you pondered what it would mean to admit to yourself and to them that your souls are connected?
Can you see the connection in your quiet places and let it sustain you?
This arc is a long journey for me. I still have my doubts. I still feel conditionality in almost every connection as if the wrong act will cause it to be cut off. But this week, can we all have a bit more faith in the universe and in those with whom we so strongly resonate?
